GoBase
GOBASE is a taxonomically broad organelle genome database that organizes and integrates diverse data related to organelles. The new version focuses on the mitochondrial and chloroplast subset of data. In its next phase, GOBASE will also include information on representative bacteria that are thought to be specifically related to the bacterial ancestors of mitochondria and chloroplasts.

Gramene: A Comparative Mapping Resource for Grains
Gramene is a curated, open-source, Web-accessible data resource for comparative genome analysis in the grasses. Their goal is to facilitate the study of cross-species homology relationships using information derived from public projects involved in genomic and EST sequencing, protein structure and function analysis, genetic and physical mapping, interpretation of biochemical pathways, gene and QTL localization and descriptions of phenotypic characters and mutations

GrassBase - The Online World Grass Flora
GrassBase will ultimately provide an integrated, online view of the World Grass Species databases which have historically been held in two separate downloadable databases. The first step towards this integration has been the generation of nearly 11,000 species descriptons from the DELTA format that they're encoded in. In addition to this the synonymy/nomenclature database now contains links to these species descriptions integrated with searches for the accepted name and synonyms for just over 60,000 grass names - RBG Kew

HCV Sequence Database
The Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) database project is funded by the Division of Microbiology and Infectious Diseases of the National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases (NIAID). The HCV database group strives to present HCV-associated genetic and immunologic data in a userfriendly way, by providing access to the central database via web-accessible search interfaces and supplying a number of analysis tools - includes sequence and immunology databases
