RAMAS Red List data input software using IUCN threatened species criteria
RBSfinder this is a Perl script that implements an algorithm to find ribosome binding sites for genes in bacterial and archaeal genomes. It is normally run as a post-processor to the Glimmer gene finder or to other prokaryotic gene finders
RDSURVIV computes estimates of survival and capture probability using capture-recapture data with robust-design models and recoveries
RELEASE computes estimates of survival and capture probability for capture-recapture experiments on open animal populations
RNAmmer 1.1a Server The RNAmmer 1.1a server predicts 5s/8s, 16s/18s, and 23s/28s ribosomal RNA in full genome sequences. This page is the entry of the CBS Prediction Server for RNAmmer.
RSTCALC RSTCALC is a PC-based program for performing analyses of population structure, genetic differentiation and gene flow using microsatellite data. RSTCALC calculates estimates of Rst, a measure of genetic differentiation analogous to Fst, which are unbiased with respect to differences in sample size between populations and differences in variance between loci. The program provides options to use permutation tests to determine if Rst estimates are significantly different from zero, and bootstrapping to obtain 95% confidence intervals for Rst and associated Nm estimates
